KONPLONG GRILLED CHICKEN - PHO KHO 

KonPlong Grilled Chicken (Kon Tum):

This is the type of chicken raised in the village. To make the baked dish, the chicken is cleaned and then packed (at the buoys), then use the skewers from the anus on the head, lemongrass (crushed), lemon leaves in the belly, sewing. Then squeeze onion, soy sauce outside the chicken and then roasted on the charcoal stove. Cooked while continuing to fried onions, soy sauce up. 

When eating, tear the chicken into pieces and dip it in chili salts. Grilled chicken is tastier when sipped on the side of the jar.

Dried phở (Gia Lai):

Dried noodles are made from rice flour, not soft and fluffy like noodles that are thin and tough as noodle fillets.
